Emile Leonard Mathieu (* 15. Mai 1835 in Metz, Frankreich; ? 19. Oktober 1890 in Nancy, Frankreich) war ein französischer Mathematiker.

Nach ihm sind die Mathieuschen Gruppen sowie die Mathieuschen Differentialgleichungen benannt.
